The dates for 2023/2024 meetings are listed here:

  • November 28th, 2023, 6:30pm – Nootka Library
  • February 13th, 2024, 6:30pm – Nootka library
  • April 23rd, 2024, 6:30pm – Nootka Library
  • June 4th, 2024, 6:30pm – AGM – Nootka Library

PAC meetings often serve as opportunities for school staff and others to showcase new programs, solicit community feedback and address parental concerns.

All parents are automatically considered members of the PAC upon enrollment of their children in school, and all PAC members are strongly encouraged to attend as many PAC meetings as possible.

PAC meetings are the venue through which PAC decisions are made, including decisions regarding the implementation of new curricular and extracurricular programs and the associated allocation of PAC funds for these programs. These PAC decisions are made based on the votes of PAC members (the parents!) and these votes are held at PAC meetings.

Attending PAC meetings is a great way to stay involved in your child’s school experience!
